The project saw the introduction of an innovative cloud-based switchboard system, which made the process even simpler and more efficient in a facility of significant size.
At the same time, a statistical performance analysis software was introduced to provide all the information needed to assess its performance also in relation to the target destination. A regional contribution of € 5,960.00 was granted for the expenses incurred.
